Hi, I’m Andriana (she, her)! I am glad you’re here.
I’m Andriana, a registered clinical counsellor and facilitator who works with individuals, couples, and groups in moving toward deeper authenticity and connection within themselves and their relationships.
My practice has been shaped by walking alongside clients navigating relationships, parenting, sexuality, mental health, and domestic and relational trauma. Meaningful change emerges when we can meet our emotions and experiences in safe spaces with compassion and curiosity.

Our sexuality and relationships are deeply personal aspects of our lives, often shaped by messages from the world around us. As a relationship counsellor, I have the opportunity to create a supportive space where clients can explore these influences and develop greater confidence, joy, and authenticity in their sexuality and relationships.
Connection is fundamental to our well-being - as human beings, we thrive when we feel significant, accepted, and valued. I am passionate about supporting clients in cultivating these deep connections in their intimate relationships, communities, and sense of self.
-
My work is grounded in attachment and relational science, systemic, and nervous system regulation practices
Sessions balance exploration - looking beneath the surface to what informs our experience - with psychoeducation and regulation strategies - so insight can be supported by action.
The ways our inner world, relational experiences, and broader systems influence us are often subtle yet powerful.
Together, we bring awareness to the patterns, signals, and dynamics that may otherwise go unnoticed.
These patterns are explored not to judge, but to acknowledge the roles they once served.
Through paced, intentional action, therapy becomes a space where systems can be updated, supporting greater choice, integration, and alignment where it matters most.
Whether you’re arriving with a clear intention or simply a sense that something wants to shift, there is a possibility ahead.
I look forward to exploring it with you.

Healing and navigating domestic and relational trauma

My background involves working with individuals, couples, and families in the areas of relationships and parenting, alongside youth and adult mental health. I also have experience supporting individuals and families navigating and healing from domestic and intimate partner violence, as well as facilitating groups exploring themes including pleasure and intimacy, attachment, parenting, burnout, and emotional regulation.
Since completing my Master’s degree, I have continued to pursue further education to deepen and strengthen my practice. My focus is attachment- and relationally-oriented work, including training through the Relational Life Institute, supporting clients in cultivating greater authenticity, connection, and growth in their relationships with themselves and others.
Additional Training:
Narrative Therapy Foundations Certificate, Vancouver School for Narrative Therapy (2024)Healing from Justice: Supporting Adult Survivors of Sexual Assault, Deirdre McLaughlin (2025)

I have been told I bring a blend of steadiness, attunement, and depth to this work, meeting complexity with care and clarity. I aim to offer a non-judgmental and calming presence, where clients can find strength when things feel overwhelming and language for experiences that are hard to put into words.
I invite clients to show up exactly as they are, and from there, we work together to find a pace and approach that feels supportive and true to you. In our work, we bring awareness to patterns, acknowledge the role they have played, and explore action for creating new ways of being and relating.
I am continually honoured to walk alongside clients and inspired by the courage they bring to this work. I aim to offer a space where you feel safe to stay with what feels difficult, supported to explore new paths, and empowered to move toward greater authenticity, well-being, and connection in the areas of life that matter most.

Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, travelling, being with my family, and creating in the kitchen. I’m drawn to experiences that bring a sense of curiosity, expansion, and connection, whether that’s exploring new cultures or finding the small moments in everyday life.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when the topics are as personal as sexuality and relationships. There is no wrong reason to reach out, and nothing you share will be too much. Every new client starts with a free 15-minute consultation, a relaxed, no-obligation call where we can get a sense of each other and figure out if we are a good fit. I would love to hear from you.
