About Andriana
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
I am a master level clinical counsellor who has the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, adolescents, and groups navigating the complexities of relationships, sexuality, parenting, mental health, and life transitions.
My background in relationship work, parent consulting, domestic violence advocacy, mental health, education, and group facilitation has shown me that healing and growth are not linear. Rather, they are dynamic processes that thrive in safe, supportive environments where emotions and experiences can be explored with courage and care. Things are easier when we do them together.
When I’m not with clients or immersed in learning, you’ll find me out in nature hiking, exploring new countries, spending time with my family, or creating in the kitchen.

The approaches I draw from include:
Systemic – None of us exist in isolation. We are shaped by the systems and environments we move through. Understanding these influences ensures our work reflects your reality and identity and nurtures your holistic wellbeing.
Attachment – Our early relationships shape the ways we connect with ourselves and with others. By understanding these patterns, we can move toward more supportive and secure ways of relating.
DBT – Through mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, we can create space for empowered choice and meaningful change through acceptance rather than resistance.
Narrative – The stories we carry shape how we see ourselves and our lives. By exploring and reauthoring these narratives, we open the door to new possibilities and meanings.
Whether you are seeking support as an individual, navigating challenges in your relationship, on your parenting journey, or looking to grow through group work, our sessions will be collaborative, compassionate, brave, and tailored to your needs and intentions.
