Getting started is simpler than you might think. If you already know which therapist you would like to work with, you can reach us directly at info@mareelcounselling.ca. If you are not sure yet, this form is a great place to start — we will use it to match you with the therapist best suited to what you are looking for.

Either way, we will email you within two business days to set up a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. If you have not heard from us by then, please check your spam or junk folder just in case.

The consultation is relaxed and completely non-obligatory. It is simply a chance to introduce ourselves, hear a little about what you need, and make sure we are the right fit before you commit to anything.

A few things worth knowing:

• You are welcome to change therapists at any time, no explanation needed

• You can see more than one of our therapists at once if that feels right for you

• There is no pressure to book after the consultation

• Nothing you share will be too much

You do not have to have it all figured out before you reach out. That is exactly what we are here for.
