About Liz
Welcome! I understand how deeply our society shames, distorts, and silences conversations about sexuality—and how those messages can shape how we relate to ourselves and others. In our work together, we’ll gently explore these internalized beliefs and make space for more empowered, connected experiences of your body, relationships, and desires.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen and heard. I integrate somatic practices because our bodies hold stories and tensions that words alone can’t always reach.
I work with individuals and those in relationships to navigate the complexities of intimacy, desire, communication, and sexual functioning. This includes support around painful sex, orgasm difficulties, erectile challenges, sexual exploration, and emotional disconnection.
When I’m not working, I can be found knitting, playing video games, hiking and spending time with my partner, friends and family. I am also a full time employee to my cats Jim and Cleo.

About the Work
I work with both adult individuals and couples in navigating the complexities of sex, sexuality and connection.
My approach is pleasure-focused, aiming to create a safe, affirming space for healing, exploration, and growth.
I draw on somatic practices that help reconnect people to their bodies with curiosity and compassion.
Rooted in a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming lens, I honour diverse ways of processing, feeling, and relating.
My work is grounded in anti-oppressive, family systems, and culturally responsive frameworks. I am passionate about challenging the shame and stigma that often surrounds how we engage in sex and sexuality, and I believe in each person’s innate capacity for healing, pleasure, and self-discovery.
