Hey, I’m Liz (she, her)!

I understand how deeply our society shames, distorts, and silences conversations about sexuality, and how those messages can shape how we relate to ourselves and to others. In our work together, we will gently explore those internalized beliefs and make space for more empowered, connected experiences of your body, relationships, and desires.

My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen and heard.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when the topics are as personal as sexuality and relationships. I want you to know that there is no wrong reason to reach out, and nothing you share will be too much. Every new client starts with a free 15-minute consultation, a relaxed, no-obligation call where we can get a sense of each other and figure out if we are a good fit. I would love to hear from you.
