We are looking for Associates to join our practice

We are looking for a counsellor who is:

• An RCC or RSW

• Knowledgeable about sexuality

• Uses a pleasure centred, non-pathologizing framework

• Interested or experienced in doing relationship counselling

• Open minded and social justice oriented

• Curious

• An ongoing learner

What we offer:

• Independent contractor model

• Very fair rates - a monthly percentage with a maximum amount after which you keep all of your earnings

• Flexible hours- whatever works for you, keeping in mind that there is a higher demand for evenings and weekends if you want to grow your client base more quickly

• Monthly supervision meetings

• Available for case consultations and questions whenever needed

• Provision of training and educational materials

• Client referrals

• Marketing

• All booking, billing and video appointments provided
