Attachment styles, survival strategies, and the invitations they hold
How we show up in relationships isn’t random.
It’s shaped by early attachment wounds, nervous system patterns, and the strategies we learned to stay connected and safe.
In this workshop, we’ll explore attachment styles not as labels or diagnoses, but as intelligent survival responses, and look at how they come alive in adult relationships through conflict, chemistry, overfunctioning, withdrawal, and the familiar push–pull of intimacy.
This workshop is for anyone who understands their patterns intellectually, but wants to move toward felt change, greater self-trust, and more conscious participation in relationships.
You’ll leave with:
A clearer understanding of your attachment landscape
Language to name what happens when you’re outside your window of tolerance
Practical ways to build secure attachment from the inside out
A framework for relating to yourself and others with more honesty and agency
This is not about fixing yourself or saving a relationship.
It’s about learning how to stay rooted in yourself so you can meet relationship from a place that feels aligned, authentic, and alive.
