In this free 60-minute workshop, you’ll learn a body-first way to feel → name → hold your limits in real time. We’ll clarify the difference between standards, rules, expectations, and boundaries; map the core boundary types; and practice simple language you can use today—so your “no” and your “yes” are clear, kind, and connected.
This workshop is for anyone who tends to overgive or overexplain, feels resentment or depletion creeping in, freezes in the moment and finds the words later, or wants a third way between people-pleasing and pushing others away. If you’re ready to trade self-abandonment for self-allyship—and honor others’ boundaries without taking them personally—this space is for you.
